Most common questions
Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that any changes can be made to the order. Please make sure that everything regarding your order is correct prior to checking out, including the amount of items, item color, shipping address, contact info, etc.
If you notice that you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order at our help email support@ashcombeco.com Please use the subject line "EDIT ORDER". Our team will do the best they can to accomodate your request.
Please send an email immediately to support@ashcombe.com with the subject line "CHANGE ADDRESS" if you need to make a change to your shipping address.
Address changes can only be made within a few hours after your order being placed, due to the fast creation of your shipping label.
We understand that you may change your mind and need to cancel your order. Please send an email immediately to support@ashcombeco.com
A cancellation must be requested within an hour after purchasing. This is because of our automated fufillment system, and our team works fast for your order to get registered in the carriers system as well. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.
For a refund, you'll need to follow the standard returns process.
If you need to return an item, we offer exchanges or refunds for unused and undamaged products returned within 14 days. Please contact our customer service at support@ashcombeco.com and provide the following information:
- Your name
- Order number and reason for return
Once you receive confirmation, you can send the product using any delivery service to our return center.

As soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to appear.
You can track your order under 'Track My Order' on our homepage:
- Enter your order number and the email address you provided when placing the order.
- You can always track your order HERE.
After receiving the delivery confirmation, it will take approximately 5 to 12 business days.

With a purchase at Ashcombe & Co, we cover the shipping cost to you!
Your package is typically kept at the pickup point/terminal for 7-14 days after it arrives. If you do not collect your package within this time, it will be returned to us, and you will be charged a fee of 15 euro for an uncollected package. If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, you will need to accept the package and then return it to us. Otherwise, it will be marked as an 'uncollected package,' and you will be charged the corresponding amount.
Ashcombe & Co follows the Consumer Agency's guidelines for complaints. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint and do not include issues caused by normal wear and tear or handling errors. If a product is damaged or defective, you, as the customer, have the right to file a complaint within 3 years and 2 months from the delivery of the product, along with your receipt as proof.
You should always notify us within 2 months after discovering the defect, but ideally as soon as possible.
